Employee Share Scheme
All employees who reach three (3) years in tenure will be entitled to participate in the employee share scheme. We truly want all of our staff to to share in the profits of the business.
Lifestyle Bonus
All employees are entitled to an annual lifestyle bonus payment of $600. Employees can use this to help pay for a gym membership, sporting association fees, or to purchase new sporting equipment to help you stay in shape year round. This bonus is a reimbursement bonus.
Performance Bonus
At Antipodean Underwriting, we have a culture of high performance and we reward our best performers with a generous annual bonus. The performance bonus is paid at the start of December each year and is based on the previous financial year's performance. In order to qualify for the performance bonus, an employee must meet all of their KPIs and in addition, the company must meet its budget projections.
Parental Leave
Antipodean Underwriting gives both new mothers and fathers a generous time to connect and engage with their new borns above industry standards. Both men and women receive full pay for 3 months in addition to their statutory and award entitlements.
Internet Allowance
Each year, employees can submit their internet expenses for reimbursement up to the value of $1,200 annually.
The Internet allowance is a reimbursement and helps to ensure that all staff members have a reliable, high speed internet connection at home.
Sponsored Education
Antipodean Underwriting truly values education. Employees are able to submit a request after 1 year of paid employment to complete their Diploma in General Insurance with the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. More information on the Diploma can be found here.
Charity donations
Antipodean Underwriting actively encourages its staff to raise money for charity. Antipodean Underwriting will match any charitable donations raised by the employee, dollar for dollar up to an annual cap of $10,000. In addition, all staff will be entitled to an additional 2 days of charity leave per annum to engage in charitable events. Whether its helping out at a homeless shelter, or organising a clean up Australia Day event, we encourage staff to get out an participate in making the World a better place.
